Just a few points:


♦️Always sent proof of payment as its difficult and takes alot of time to match payments from my bank statement. Remember I work with alot of invoices and different files. POP'S is a must.


♦️Always sent full adress for courier fee as it differ from area. 


♦️If my post doesn't state courier you can self collect. 


♦️Some posts have their own courier fee and that means that the item gets courier from supplier self.


♦️ Local will also be 7-14 working days  as stated before. (Starting the day after payment- so if you paid the 15th the you count from the 16th) Sometimes an item or design is sold out and I have to collect the following week or have to wait untill supplier receive their stock. I'm not the only one buying from them.


♦️Advise your clients of the leadtime on local items. If you sent me a messages within 5 working days requesting your waybill, know that I will not even reply. Waybills will be posted on the waybill group once bookings is done. I also follow up with my suppliers after their leadtimes if I haven't received any waybills. 


♦️We do check items like dinner sets and pots before sending it out. If insurance is not taken out i will not be held responsible for any damages or lost.
